BROKEN - Meatloaf with beetroot and Blue Stilton
Preparation
Mix the minced pork with the Pork Fondue Mix and the water.
Cut the beetroot into thin slices.
Form meatloaves to desired weight.
Flatten the minced meat between sheets of butcher's foil.
Generously top the minced meat with thinly sliced beetroot slices and the Sliceable Blue Stilton sauce.
Roll up the minced meat tightly using the butcher's foil.
Marinate the outside of the meatloaf with the Verstegen World Grill - Mediterranean.
Decorate the whole with pink peppercorn berries.

- Peper bessen roze heel pure (artnr 094983)
- 250 g Sliceable Blue Stilton sauce
- 50 g water
