Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Wash the zucchini and halve them lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Finely chop the flesh. Dice the bell pepper and mushrooms. Finely chop the shallots and garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a wok. Sauté the shallots and garlic. Add the ground meat and the Mix for Ground Meat – Butcher's Recipe and brown the ground meat. Then add the zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Place the zucchini side by side on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Fill them with the mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 20 minutes. Grill the stuffed zucchini for another 3 minutes for a crispy crust.
