Preparation
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Place a glass or stainless steel bowl over a pan of water and heat it to a boil.
Mix the melted chocolate with the oats and 2 teaspoons of aniseed. Spread this on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to firm up the chocolate.
Peel the oranges, cut them into 5 mm thick slices and remove any seeds.
Remove the granola from the refrigerator and crumble it into smaller pieces. Divide the yogurt among the bowls and spoon the granola over it. Arrange the orange slices over the granola and garnish with the freeze-dried fruit mix and honey.
Using a sieve, divide the remaining anise seed over the yoghurt bowl.
