Greek yogurt with granola and fresh fruit
Recipe for homemade granola. Delicious with Greek yogurt and fresh fruit.
This recipe makes about 15 servings of granola. Enjoy a delicious breakfast of Greek yogurt with homemade granola every morning for two weeks. Add fruit of your choice, if desired.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
Combine the oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Season with the Spice Mix for Cookies & Speculaas. Add the oil and honey and stir well until everything is slightly moistened.
Spread the mixture on a large baking sheet. Don't make the layer too thick, as this will help it roast better.
Roast the granola in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until evenly browned. Stir the mixture every 10 minutes. Then let the granola cool completely.
Chop the dried apricots into small cubes and add them to the granola along with the raisins. Store in an airtight container. This will keep the granola crisp for about 3 weeks.
Then add the granola to a bowl with Greek yogurt and fresh fruit of your choice.

- 50 g pompoenpitten
- 75 g blanke hazelnoten
- 50 g Sesamzaad
- 1 el Specerijenmix voor Koek & Speculaas
- 6 el zonnebloemolie
- 75 ml vloeibare honing
- 75 g gedroogde abrikozen
- 75 g rozijnen
- 250 g Griekse yoghurt
- 75 g vers fruit
