Classic Dutch kale mash. A winter stew, a Dutch classic, kale mash with fried bacon and gravy. The smoked sausage makes this dish complete. Prepare this dish with the Kale Mix, a mix made with 100% natural ingredients.

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.

Place the peeled and chopped potatoes in a large pot. Add water, just covering the potatoes, and season with sea salt.

Place the kale and a smoked sausage on top of the potatoes and let it simmer gently for about 30 minutes.

Remove the smoked sausage from the pan.

Mash the potatoes and kale and mix in a dash of milk, a knob of butter and the Mix for Mashed Potatoes - Kale.

Serve the mashed potatoes with the smoked sausage.
