Portion the thin loin into nice, even tataki pieces.

Lightly marinate all around using the World Grill - Fuego Peru.

Sprinkle the marinated meat all around with the Peru spices.

Quickly sear the meat all around and cool immediately.

Serve with, for example, Asian black pepper sauce.
