Loaded nachos with spicy minced meat

Surprise your friends or family with these loaded nachos with spicy ground peas. The crunchy nachos, along with the spicy ground peas and fresh homemade guacamole, create a perfect flavor combination.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grate the zest from half of the lime (do not grate the white pith, as it is bitter), halve and squeeze the fruit. Cut the remaining lime into wedges and roughly chop the coriander.
Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out of the peel with a spoon. Mash the avocado with a fork and mix with half of the coriander, black pepper, sea salt, and lime zest and juice.
Cut the tomatoes into wedges and remove the seeds. Cut into 1 cm cubes.
Heat a pan with olive oil and brown the minced meat. Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix the diced tomatoes, corn, spicy minced meat, and grated cheddar cheese with the nacho chips. Spread over an oven dish and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
Mix the Guilt Free Sweet Chili Sauce with the crème fraîche.
Spread the chili crème fraîche, guacamole, remaining coriander, and lime wedges over the nachos and serve.
