Mustard curry soup
A delicious, traditional soup as a starter.
Mustard curry soup. Add an amount of Binding DS to taste and cook the mustard curry soup until it thickens to your liking.
Preparation
Chop the shallot.
Fry the bacon strips and add the shallot and ground curry.
Fry briefly and add the mustard, coarsely and finely.
Fry the mustard seeds briefly and deglaze with the water.
Bring to the boil and add the French Mediterranean herbs and cooking cream.
Bring to the boil again.
Thicken the boiling soup with the Binding DS. First mix it with 10 g of sunflower oil and slowly add it to the boiling soup until the desired thickness is reached.

- 25 g mosterd grof
- 75 g sjalot
- 800 g water
- 200 g kookroom
- 125 g spekreepjes
