Panna cotta with vanilla

Preparation
Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water. Scrape the vanilla seeds from the vanilla pod.
Place the heavy cream in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and add the vanilla extract and sugar. Bring to a boil.
When the cream mixture boils, reduce the heat and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
Squeeze out the gelatin leaves and stir them into the panna cotta until they have dissolved.
Pour the panna cotta into 4 ramekins or glasses and let them cool and set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Garneer de panna cotta naar smaak met vers fruit, honing of een (likeur)siroop naar smaak.
