Pasta with pork meatballs in tomato sauce

Preparation
Combine the ground meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, Game Mix, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Knead briefly and form small meatballs.
Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and brown the meatballs all around (they do not have to be cooked through yet).
Remove from the pan and place on a plate. Slice the onion into half rings and finely chop the garlic. Sauté the onion in the remaining fat in the pan, adding a little olive oil if needed.
After 3 minutes, add the garlic and cook briefly. Add the diced tomatoes and Italian herbs, along with the meatballs. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
Meanwhile, cook the linguine al dente according to the package instructions.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper when the meatballs are done (about 15 minutes).
Stir the linguine into the sauce. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
