Naan pizza with minced meat and green pepper.
This naan pizza with ground meat is perfect for drinks or a party. It's delicious with the crème fraîche dip. This recipe makes four naan breads, which is enough for eight people.
Preparation
Bake the naan breads according to the instructions on the package.
Meanwhile, cut the onion into half rings, the green pepper into strips and the mozzarella balls into 0.5 cm slices.
Mix the crème fraîche with the lemon juice. Season with black pepper and sea salt to taste.
Heat the butter in a pan. Brown the ground meat with the onion rings, bell pepper strips, and World Spice Blend - Ras el Hanout until crumbly.
Preheat the oven to grill mode. Meanwhile, place the baked naan breads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the naan breads with olive oil. Spread the mozzarella slices and the ground meat mixture over the naan breads.
Bake the naan breads in the preheated oven for 3 to 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Cut the naan breads into quarters and serve with the crème fraîche dip.
