Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Remove the savory pastry sheets from the freezer and let them thaw. Wash the mushrooms and slice them. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Grease a quiche or tart pan with a little butter and line it with the thawed slices of savory pastry. Make sure the pan is completely covered.
Combine the crème fraîche, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Let it sit briefly.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes, or until browned. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
In the same pan, lightly fry the bacon. Add the ground meat and the bag of Ground Meat Mix – Butcher's Recipe. Cook until crumbly. Add this to the bowl with the mushrooms.
Spread the ground meat and mushroom mixture over the lined tart pan. Pour the cream filling over the dough. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
