Creamy Chicken Madras with yellow rice
An easy recipe for the well-known international dish Chicken Madras. The apples added to the dish add a sweet touch.
Creamy Chicken Madras with yellow rice. Why make it difficult when it can be easy? With just a few ingredients, you can whip up this world-famous Chicken Madras in just 30 minutes. The addition of apples makes it extra delicious, giving it a sweet twist.
Preparation
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the apples into 1 cm cubes. Trim the green beans.
Cut the chicken thigh into 2 cm cubes. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and fry the chicken thigh for 4 minutes.
Then add the garlic, World Spice Meal - Chicken Madras, and apple, and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the yogurt and simmer gently for 7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
In the meantime, bring a pan of water to the boil, cook the rice with a teaspoon of turmeric, according to the instructions on the package and drain.
Bring another pan of water to the boil, cook the green beans for 4 minutes until al dente and drain.
Divide the rice, chicken madras and green beans among the plates and serve.
