Chioggia beet salad with hummus
Mediterranean flavour in a fresh salad served with hummus.
Preparation
Season the hummus with the Chermoula herbs and salt if desired.
Cut the chioggia beetroot into thin slices.
Cut the radish into wedges and cut the apple into coarse brunoise.
Mix the mayonnaise with the Verstegen Tomato Ketchup.
Build the salad with the hummus, little gem leaves and the chopped vegetables.
Garnish with the mayonnaise.
