Smokey chili con carne
A delicious chili con carne, with a twist!
Craving chili con carne, but with a twist? Then try this recipe for a flavorful smoky version with fresh savory.
Preparation
Fry the bacon cubes.
Brown the minced meat in this mixture and add the onion and garlic.
Cut the mushrooms into quarters, the pepper into cubes, add to the minced meat and fry briefly.
Add the mustard and fry.
Rinse the beans and add them.
Deglaze with a mixture of smoked paprika powder and apple syrup, add the fresh savory and season with black pepper and sea salt.
Cut the tomato into quarters, remove the seeds and cut the tomato into cubes.
Cut the avocado into thin slices, crumble the nacho chips and, for extra spice, cut the chili pepper into rings.
Serve with white rice. Enjoy!
