Quick one-pot chicken and noodle dish
One-pot dish with chicken and noodles.
A hearty dish of marinated chicken in curry powder, stir-fried vegetables, and noodles. This quick one-pot meal is easy and delicious for a weeknight.
Preparation
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the curry powder and marinate the chicken cubes in it for 5 minutes.
Peel the carrots and then slice them. Cut the bell peppers into strips.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a wok. Brown the chicken pieces all over for 3 minutes.
Add the snow peas and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the carrot, bell pepper, and noodles. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Finally, add the bean sprouts and cook for 1 minute. Serve immediately.

- 400 g kipfilet
- 250 g peultjes
- 300 g wortels
- 2 paprika rood
- 50 g taugé
- 3 tl Kerriepoeder
- 4 el olijfolie
- Sesamzaad, naar smaak
