Spaghetti with stir-fried mussels and chorizo
Delicious spaghetti with mussels and chorizo in tomato sauce.
A delicious spaghetti with stir-fried mussels, chorizo sausage, and a fresh, spicy tomato sauce. A tasty recipe for a weeknight dinner.
Preparation
Rinse the fresh mussels thoroughly in plenty of cold water. Discard any broken or open mussels.
Cut the chorizo sausage into half slices, the tomatoes into cubes and the spring onions into small rings.
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package
Meanwhile, heat a wok. Add the chorizo sausage and cook for about 3 minutes. Add the cleaned fresh mussels and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes, or until they're all open.
Add the diced tomatoes, 200 ml of warm water, and Mussel Mix. Simmer briefly.
Divide the spaghetti among plates. Top with the stir-fried mussels, chorizo, and tomato sauce. Garnish with the scallions and parsley.

Serveer dit gerecht ook eens zonder spaghetti als hapje. Erg lekker!

- 300 g spaghetti

- 1 el Peterselie
- 200 ml warm water
- Zwarte peper, naar smaak
- Zeezout, naar smaak
