Preparation
Cut the halloumi into 1 cm thick slices and halve lengthwise. Thread onto the skewers. Mix the chili flakes with the honey.
Heat a pan with the olive oil and fry the halloumi for 7 minutes until golden brown. Turn the halloumi halfway through and add the honey marinade.
Meanwhile, halve the cherry tomatoes. Mix the spinach with the pomegranate seeds, garlic croutons, and cherry tomatoes.
Divide the halloumi skewers among plates and serve with the spinach salad.
