Traybake with gnocchi and meatballs
Short on time to cook, but still want to put a delicious meal on the table? This gnocchi and meatball traybake is perfect if you're short on time in the kitchen.
This traybake with gnocchi, meatballs, and mushrooms tastes delicious and is ideal if you don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen or if you have little time to cook during the week. With a traybake, all the ingredients are cooked in the oven on a baking sheet or in a casserole dish.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Mix the ground meat with the Ground Meat Mix - Butcher's Recipe. Form into 3cm meatballs.
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Slice the leek into 1 cm half-rings and wash.
Cut the broccoli into 3cm florets and slice the mushrooms into wedges. Mix the broccoli with the mushrooms, leek, crème fraîche, gnocchi, and garlic.
Spoon the gnocchi mixture into a baking dish and top with the meatballs and olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the traybake from the oven and serve immediately.
Variatietip
Wil je het gerecht koolhydraatarm houden? Vervang dan de gnocchi voor cherrytomaten en spinazie. Meng dit met de andere groenten en zet de traybake nog 15 minuten in de voorverwarmde oven.
