Identifying improvement opportunities within production, logistics, and the supply chain.
What are you going to do?
You work on projects that directly impact our operations. No theoretical exercises, but concrete improvements that you realize together with the organization. You work closely with production, technical service, supply chain, and other departments. The department managers are your sparring partners and sponsors, while you lead the project.
Drawing up a roadmap that clearly identifies where we can truly make a difference in the coming year.
Leading projects from A to Z, from
analysis to implementation.
Working with Lean, Six Sigma and
TPM methodologies.
Assembling and leading teams
without hierarchical authority.
Creating support among employees
and management.
Ensuring that improvements are permanently embedded in the organization.
Realizing savings on, among other things, waste, inefficiencies, and logistics costs.
