Serve the pork tenderloin roll with Grand Veneur sauce in which cinnamon and star anise have been added.

Preparation

Cut the pork fillet into 500 gram pieces and cut open widthwise.

Season the meat on the inside with the Roll Mix and the Speculaas Mix.

Roll up the pork fillet and tie into a roulade.

Marinate the roulade with World Grill - Basic Sea Salt & Lampong Pepper
