Wraps with chicken kebab and tomato-yogurt salsa. Quick and easy for lunch at work.
Preparation
Mix the ground chicken with the World Spice Blend - Ras el Hanout, the egg, the breadcrumbs, and salt to taste. Divide the ground chicken into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a kebab stick, about 8 cm long. Insert a skewer into each kebab stick.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Grill the chicken kebab until browned and cooked through.
Meanwhile, dice the tomato and finely chop the spring onion. Mix this with the low-fat yogurt and oregano in a small bowl.
Heat the (durum) tortillas according to the package directions. Arrange the lettuce and red cabbage over the tortillas.
Remove the skewers and place two pieces of chicken kebab on each tortilla. Garnish with the tomato-yogurt salsa and roll up the tortilla.

- 350 g kipgehakt naturel
- 150 g fijngesneden rode kool
- 4 bladeren ijsbergsla
- 1 tomaat
- 100 g magere yoghurt
- 1 ei
- 1 bosui
- 50 g paneermeel, maak zelf gezond paneermeel door oud volkorenbrood te drogen en het daarna fijn te malen.
- 1 el World Spice Blend - Ras el Hanout
- 2 tl Oregano
- 2 el olijfolie
