Za'atar spring rolls with labneh

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the feta cheese lengthwise into strips and slice the sun-dried tomatoes.
Mix the honey with half of the Verstegen WSB Za'atar and mix the remaining Verstegen WSB Za'atar with the Greek yoghurt and half of the olive oil.
Place the filo pastry, corner down, on the cutting board. Place a strip of feta in the top corner and spread a few sun-dried tomatoes and 1 teaspoon of honey mixture over it. Moisten the edges of the filo pastry with water and fold the top corner over the feta strip. Fold the sides of the filo pastry inwards and continue rolling up the filo pastry. Repeat this until all the filo pastry is used.
Arrange the Za'ater spring rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush them with the remaining olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve the Za'atar spring rolls with the labneh.
