Sweet potato dish with minced meat
Sweet potato, minced meat and vegetable casserole.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut the sweet potatoes, red bell peppers, and zucchini into equal-sized cubes. Finely chop the onion.
Cook the sweet potato cubes in plenty of boiling water for 5 minutes and drain.
Meanwhile, mix the ground beef with the Breton Minced Meat Mix.
Briefly brown the ground beef and chopped onion in the butter. Add the diced sweet potatoes, red bell peppers, and zucchini. Stir-fry for 3 minutes over medium heat until crispy.
Add the peeled tomatoes and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with the grated cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
