Ingredients (serves 3): 350 g Chicken thigh, diced 350 g Vegetables (peas, baby corn, bok choy) 165 g Curry Paste for Green 150 g Coconut milk. Directions: Fry the chicken in a little oil. Add the chopped vegetables and fry briefly. Add the Curry Paste for Green Curry, stir well and fry briefly. Finally, add the Coconut milk and bring to the boil.
