Mexican Burrito Seasoning Mix - Spreader large

Ingredients (for 4 people): 500 g minced meat or chicken (thigh) fillet\, approx. 4 tbsp (40 g) Verstegen mix\, 2 tbsp (olive) oil\, 1 red onion\, 1 bell pepper\, 8 medium tortilla wraps\, 150 g corn\, 200 g kidney beans\, 200 g iceberg lettuce\, 125 g crème fraîche. Preparation: finely chop the onion and cut the bell pepper into small cubes. If applicable\, cut the chicken (thigh) fillet into 3x3 cm cubes. Heat a sauté pan over medium heat with the (olive) oil and sauté the onion. Add the chicken and fry until nicely browned and cooked through in approx. 10-15 min or brown the minced meat in approx. 10 min. Add the Verstegen mix\, stir well and add the bell pepper. Rinse the corn and kidney beans with water and add. Let everything cook over low heat for approx. 5 min and stir regularly. Meanwhile\, heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the package. Fill the tortillas with the burrito filling and finish with iceberg lettuce and crème fraîche to taste. Variation tip: add grated cheese and/or cilantro as an extra topping.
