Verstegen Hachee Mix is a spice blend of 18% coriander, 9% pepper, ginger, paprika, mace, cloves, allspice and chilies, supplemented with salt and marjoram. The mix gives hachee, a traditional Dutch stew of beef and onion, a rich, spicy flavor.
