Mix for Scampi & Shrimp - Large Shaker

Ingredients (for 4 people): 500g (shelled) scampi/shrimp, approx. 1½ tbsp (12g) Verstegen mix, 2 tbsp (sunflower) oil. Preparation: mix the scampi/shrimp with the (sunflower) oil and the Verstegen mix and let it marinate for a while. Pan-fry, stir-fry or grill the scampi/shrimp over high heat for approx. 3-5 minutes until cooked through. Add some lime juice if desired. Variation tip: add the scampi to risotto, serve them as a snack during a get-together, or include them for a gourmet dinner.
