Verstegen Stew Mix is a Dutch spice blend for beef stew with a warm, sweet spiciness. The mix contains 25% spices, including 10% cinnamon, aniseed, cardamom, 3% cloves, nutmeg, and chilies, bound with wheat flour and salt.
