Preparation

Cut the chicken thighs into cubes.

Mix the Binding DS pure with the Chicken herbs Japanese fine pure.

Mix the mixture with the vegetables.

Mix the black bean sauce through the mixture and vacuum seal it.

Cook the meal sous vide in the oven at 85 degrees or stew it in a Dutch oven on the barbecue for 3 hours.
