Looking for an easy dish? Look no further! This recipe will have you cooking a flavorful meal in no time! Tender steak cubes marinated in rendang spices with plenty of vegetables like string beans and cauliflower rice. Marinating the steak cubes gives the dish an extra delicious flavor. For a vegetarian twist, substitute oyster mushrooms for the steak cubes.

Preparation

1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the seeds from the red pepper and cut it into thin, diagonal strips.

2

Marinate the steak cubes with ½ of the sunflower oil and the Rendang Mix for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.

3

Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to a boil and cook the green beans for 3 minutes, or until al dente. Remove the green beans from the water and cook the cauliflower rice in the boiling water for 2 minutes.

4

Heat the remaining sunflower oil in a pan and fry the red pepper and steak cubes for 3 minutes. Add the green beans and fry for another 4 minutes.

5

Meanwhile, spread the naan bread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven according to the package directions. Toast the sesame seeds in the oven for 4 minutes.

6

Divide the cauliflower rice and rendang steak slices among the plates, garnish with the toasted sesame seeds and serve with the naan bread.

Variatietip

Maak het gerecht vegetarisch door de biefstukpuntjes te vervangen door oesterzwam. Marineer de oesterzwam met de Mix voor Rendang en bak met de rode peper mee.
