Treat yourself to this crunchy, homemade granola made with oats, nuts, seeds, and fruit. Sweetened with gingerbread spices, sesame seeds, and honey! Perfect with Greek yogurt. Take some time for yourself and enjoy!

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180˚C

Combine the oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Season with the Cookie & Speculaas Mix. Add the oil and honey and stir well until everything is slightly moistened.

Spread the mixture on a large baking sheet. Don't make the layer too thick, as this will help it roast better.

Roast the granola in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until evenly browned. Stir the mixture every 10 minutes. Then let the granola cool completely.

Chop the dried apricots into small cubes and add them to the granola along with the raisins. Store in an airtight container. This will keep the granola crisp for about 3 weeks.

Then add the granola to a bowl with Greek yogurt and fresh fruit.

  • 50g amandelen
  • 50g pompoenpitten
  • 75g hazelnoten (zonder velletje)
  • 50 g sesamzaad
  • 1 el Mix voor Koek en Speculaas
  • 100ml zonnebloemolie
  • 75ml vloeibare honing
  • 75g gedroogde abrikozen
  • 75g rozijnen
  • 250g Griekse yoghurt
  • 75g vers fruit
