Classic bami with vegetables

WSM - Nasi Bami

This dish combines noodles and vegetables, seasoned with World Spice Meal – Nasi & Bami. Served with a fresh cucumber salad.

Preparation

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package directions. Drain.

Thinly slice 1/3 of the cucumber and mix with the vinegar and black pepper to taste. Set aside to allow the flavors to infuse.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the nasi or bami vegetables until done.

Add the cooked noodles and fry briefly.

Add World Spice Meal – Nasi & Bami and mix well so that the dish is evenly seasoned.

Serve the bami with the cucumber salad and garnish with a fried egg, spring onion and sesame seeds, if desired.

  • 2 el Verstegen World Spice Meal – Nasi & bami
  • 250 g nasi of bamigroenten
  • 150 g rijst of mie
  • 1 eetlepel olijfolie
  • 1/3 komkommer
  • 2 el azijn
  • Zwarte peper, naar smaak
  • Eventueel: gebakken eitje, bosui en sesamzaad
