Massaman chicken
Chicken thighs, mushrooms, and stir-fried vegetables combine to form a richly filled Massaman, seasoned with Kumar's Massaman Sauce. The sauce gives this dish a Thai taste experience and brings all the ingredients into beautiful balance.
Preparation
Cut the chicken thighs.
Cut the mushrooms into quarters, the bell pepper into cubes, and the cauliflower into florets, and add to the chicken thighs.
Mix the Binding DS pure with the salt and season the chicken thighs and vegetables with it.
Add the Kumar's ready-to-serve Massaman sauce and mix it into the mixture.
Unfold the vacuum cooking bag, fill with the Massaman, and vacuum seal.
Cook the Massaman at 85 degrees Celsius for 45 to 60 minutes.

- 250 g champignons
- 250 g rode ui (ringen)
- 250 g bloemkool
- 250 g paprika (geel)
- 100 g pinda’s (optioneel)
- 20 g Binding DS pure
- 12 g zout
- 1 kg Kumar’s ready to serve Massaman sauce
