Middle Eastern satay skewers with cauliflower
Delicious satay skewers with cauliflower, mushrooms and marinated chicken from the BBQ.
This recipe makes delicious cauliflower satay skewers with a Middle Eastern twist. Serve the skewers with satay sauce and/or yogurt garlic sauce.
Preparation
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and clean the mushrooms. Cut the chicken thigh fillet into cubes.
In a bowl, combine the diced chicken, cauliflower, and mushrooms with the World Spice Blend – Ras el Hanout. Let this marinate for half an hour.
Thread the chicken cubes, cauliflower and mushrooms alternately onto the skewers.
Light the barbecue. Place the skewers over direct heat and grill for about 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
Serve the skewers with satay sauce.

- 380 g kipdijfilet
- 2 el World Spice Blend – Ras el Hanout
- 250 g champignons
- 1 kleine bloemkool
- 1 cupje Satésaus
