These nachos with seasoned ground beef, grated cheese, and guacamole are a delicious snack for drinks or a party. Of course, they're also perfect as an appetizer.

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) on the grill setting. Finely chop the red onion. Pit the avocados and mash them. In a small bowl, combine the avocado with the red onion, lime juice, sour cream, and parsley. Season with black pepper and/or sea salt to taste.

Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the half-and-half ground beef and the packet of Breton Ground Meat Mix. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until browned.

Meanwhile, quarter the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the spring onions. Divide half of the chips over the baking dish, spoon half of the ground beef on top, and top with half of the tomato. Garnish with half of the cheese. Repeat all steps once more, finishing with the cheese.

Place the baking dish on a rack 10 cm below the grill. Let the cheese melt and brown for 3 to 5 minutes. Garnish the nachos with the scallions and jalapeño peppers to taste. Serve with the guacamole.
