Pasta with chicken meatballs
Chicken meatballs, delicious with tagliatelle.
Spice up your evening with these spicy chicken meatballs. Delicious with tagliatelle, crunchy vegetables, and a mild, refreshing sauce.
Preparation
Finely chop the garlic. Cut the red bell peppers into large 4 x 4 cm pieces, slice the chestnut mushrooms, and halve the zucchini.
Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package.
Combine the ground meat with the Spicy Chicken Mix, the finely chopped garlic, and the egg. Add breadcrumbs, if desired. Form small meatballs, about the size of a ping-pong ball.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a wok. Add the meatballs and brown them all over. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 5 to 6 minutes, or until crispy and al dente.
Add the cooking cream, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste, and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve with the cooked tagliatelle and pepper to taste.

- 2 el Mix voor Kip - Pikant
- 1 citroen (of 4 tl citroensap)
- 3 el olijfolie
- paneermeel, naar smaak
- peper en zout, naar smaak
