Summer pasta salad with tuna and fresh vegetables
Creamy pasta salad with tuna and green beans. This delicious creamy pasta salad is refreshing and filled with green beans, cherry tomatoes, and olives.
You can easily season this dish with World Spice Meal - Pasta Bolognese. The blend is 100% natural and contains no added salt.
Preparation
Dice the gherkins and red onion, and halve the cherry tomatoes and olives. Trim the ends off the green beans and cut them into approximately 3 cm pieces.
Cook the green beans until al dente, about 6 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package directions.
After cooking, rinse the pasta and green beans under cold water.
Place the pasta, chopped vegetables, and tuna in a large bowl and mix well. Add the Greek yogurt and 3 teaspoons of World Spice Meal - Pasta Bolognese and stir well into the salad. Season with black pepper to taste.
Variatietip
Zwarte olijven bevatten zout. Je kunt deze ook vervangen door ongezouten noten of pinda's.
Serveertip
Deze pastasalade is het lekkerst koud. Je kunt hem prima een dag van tevoren maken en (afgedekt) bewaren in de koelkast. Daar wordt hij extra lekker van!

- 150 g sperziebonen
- 1 blikje tonijn op (olijf)oliebasis (120 g)
- 15 snoeptomaatjes
- 20 zwarte olijven
- 2 augurken
- 1 rode ui
- 2 el Griekse yoghurt 0% vet
- 3 tl World Spice Meal - Pasta Bolognese
- Zwarte Peper naar smaak
