Quick apple crumble in a glass
Delicious apple crumble with nutmeg.
Nutmeg is delicious when combined with warm apple! This quick apple crumble in a glass lets you experience it. Ready to enjoy in just 15 minutes.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Cut 30g of cold butter into small cubes. Combine the flour, sugar, and cold butter in a bowl. Knead with your hands or a fork until coarse crumbs form. Spread the crumbs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the crumble in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, peel the apples, remove the core, and dice them. Heat 15g of butter in a saucepan. Sauté the apple pieces with the nutmeg until golden brown. Let cool briefly.
Divide the Greek yogurt among the glasses. Top with the crumble and apple pieces. Garnish with extra nutmeg and/or a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
