Mace (ground) - Bag

Mace comes from the same fruit as nutmeg. It's also called the aril. The spice has a warm, aromatic, and subtle flavor with a lemony sweetness similar to nutmeg. However, mace has a fresher aroma. Try using mace in dishes with fish, beef stews, asparagus, béchamel sauce, chicken stock, or in desserts and pastries.
