Ketjap Composition - XL box

Verstegen Ketjap Composition is a ready-to-use dry spice mix for preparing Indonesian dishes such as babi ketjap and ajam ketjap. The mix contains coriander, ginger, pepper, roasted onion and garlic, supplemented with caramel for the characteristic dark colour and sweet taste.
