Verstegen Kleur Excellent is a ready-to-use spice mix for fresh sausages and other minced meat products, providing a fine taste and long-lasting colour retention. The mix contains spices such as coriander, pepper, ginger, and cardamom, supplemented with ascorbic acid as an antioxidant.

Applications of Verstegen Kleur Excellent

Meat processors use Verstegen Kleur Excellent for, among other things:

• Fresh sausage: for flavour and a stable, attractive colour
