Mix for Beef - Small Spreader

Preparation method (for 4 people): rub 800 g beef (rib) steaks or chuck steaks with approx. 1½ tbsp (16 g) Verstegen mix and let it sit briefly. Cut into coarse pieces\, heat 2 tbsp (sunflower) oil in a frying pan and sear the meat briefly on high heat until browned all over. Reduce the heat\, add approx. 300 ml water and stew for approx. 2-3 hours until tender.
