Ingredients (serves 4): 400g whitefish, 40g (8 tbsp) crispy fish mix. Directions: Place 400g whitefish in a bowl. Add 40g of the spice mix, spread evenly over the fish, and press down firmly. Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the fish in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the fish in the air fryer basket and bake for 8 minutes, gently shaking the air fryer during cooking. Frying pan: Fry the fish in 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Turn regularly to prevent burning.
