Spice Oil - Cumin Oregano - Bottle

The spice oil is a herb oil. Cumin and oregano are typical herbs that flavor Greek cuisine. You can use this version as a dressing for a Greek salad, for example. Mix 1 part spice oil with 1 part olive oil. Add balsamic vinegar, if desired.

The spice oil is usually used as an "à la minute" marinade for meat, chicken, and fish. Use 8-10% oil and mix it into the product to be marinated. The product is now ready to be fried in a pan, for example. No further fat is needed.

Also suitable for roasting potatoes and vegetables in the oven. Dilute the spice oil with an equal amount of olive oil.
