Verstegen Spice Oil Cumin Oregano is a herb oil with the classic Greek combination of cumin and oregano, supplemented with caraway seeds, thyme and rosemary. The oil consists of 78% vegetable oils with 5% spices and gives Mediterranean dishes a lot of flavor with little addition.

Applications of Verstegen Spice Oil Cumin Oregano

Home cooks and chefs use Verstegen Spice Oil Cumin Oregano for, among other things:

• Greek salad: mixed with an equal part of olive oil (and possibly balsamic) as a dressing
• Meat, chicken and fish: as an "à la minute" marinade with 8-10% oil, ready to fry immediately without extra fat
