White Pepper - Mill

Pepper is one of the most widely used spices in the world, in both its black and white forms. Black pepper can be used in virtually all savory dishes. To obtain white pepper, the skin of the ripe pepper berry is washed under running water, revealing a white peppercorn. The best grains are then selected (by hand) and ground. With this mill, you can grind white pepper to the desired coarseness with its two grinding settings.
