Classic poke bowl

Preparation
Soak the sushi rice in cold water for 15 minutes. Then rinse and add 300 ml of water and a pinch of salt. Bring the rice to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook covered for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender.
In a small bowl, thoroughly mix 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Once the sushi rice is cooked, stir this mixture into the rice. Let the rice cool completely.
Meanwhile, cut the salmon into cubes and marinate it with soy sauce, sesame oil, and a few drops of lemon juice. Refrigerate while the sushi rice cools.
Dice the mango and slice the avocado. Quarter the cucumber.
Divide the sushi rice between two bowls and top with the marinated salmon, mango, avocado, and cucumber. Sprinkle with 3 teaspoons of World Spice Meal - Poké Bowl.

- 2 tl sojasaus
- 1 tl sesamolie
- snuf zout
- paar druppels citroensap
