Did you know you can easily make your own poké bowl? In this recipe, we're going for a lukewarm poké bowl with sesame chicken. Tender chicken thigh fillet is fried golden brown in sesame oil and, together with the poké bowl rice, forms the savory base. Add fresh carrot ribbons, crunchy bimi, and fresh soy beans for a delicious crunch, and finish it off with delicious poké bowl spices. A light yet filling bowl that's perfect for any time of day!

Cut the chicken thigh fillet into strips. Marinate the chicken in a bowl with two-thirds of the sesame oil. Cut the bimi into thirds. Wash the carrots and, using a vegetable peeler, create thin ribbons lengthwise.

Prepare the poké bowl rice according to the package directions. Season with ¾ of the Verstegen WSM Poké bowl.

Heat a pan without oil or butter and fry the chicken thigh fillet until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan. Heat the remaining sesame oil in the same pan and fry the bimi over high heat until golden brown.

Divide the poké bowl rice among plates, followed by the chicken thigh fillet, bimi, carrots, and soy beans. Garnish with the remaining Verstegen WSM Poké bowl.
