Poke bowl with marinated salmon and mango
A healthier version of the classic poke bowl recipe with quinoa, marinated salmon, sweet mango, creamy avocado, and fresh radish.
A healthy version of the classic poké bowl recipe. We use quinoa, which provides some extra fiber. Delicious with marinated salmon, the sweetness of mango, and the rich flavor of avocado.
Preparation
Cut the salmon into small cubes. Add the salmon to a bowl along with the soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of World Spice Meal - Poké Bowl and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Peel the mango, cut the flesh along the pit, and dice it into small cubes. Slice the scallions diagonally into rings. Halve the avocados, remove the pit, peel, and slice. Slice the radish.
Divide the quinoa among the bowls, followed by the marinated salmon, mango, avocado, and radish. Garnish with the scallions, Japanese mayonnaise, and the remaining World Spice Meal - Poké Bowl.

- 1 mango
- 2 stengels bosui
- 2 avocado’s
- 200 g radijs
- 500 g voorgestoomde quinoa
