The umami-rich poké bowl seasoning perfectly complements the salmon and crispy top of the traybake! Top the sushi traybake with avocado, scallions, soy beans, and a delicious homemade sauce for the finishing touch.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut the nori sheets into 2 x 2 cm blocks. Slice the salmon into 1 cm thick slices. Grease the baking tray with 1/3 of the sesame oil.
In a large bowl, combine the poké bowl rice with ¾ of the Verstegen World Spice Meal - Poké Bowl Seasoning, the remaining sesame oil, and nori cubes. Spread over the traybake. Top the rice with the salmon slices. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
Meanwhile, halve the avocado, remove the pit and peel, and thinly slice the flesh. Slice the scallions thinly.
In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche with the water and the remaining Verstegen World Spice Meal - Poké bowl to form a sauce.
Remove the traybake from the oven and drizzle the sauce over it. Top with avocado, scallions, and soy beans.
